Step Up, Step Out

Let’s face it, gyms these days can be expensive. Why bother with the overcrowded yoga classes and amenities fees?! Take your workout outdoors! Washington, DC (and other major cities for that matter) offers plenty of places where you can work up a sweat without wasting a bunch of cash. All you need are some steps and some willpower!

In order to start seeing results, you should attempt to do 12 reps and complete the circuit at least 3 times. If you find that you are struggling, reduce the number of reps to what you feel is comfortable and work your way up!
