” My worst date ever would have to be back in college with my ex. We had just finished watching the movie, Saw, at the theaters and were driving back to my apartment at B&B. It was pouring down raining and we noticed the car driving a bit out of alignment. After pulling over on the side of the road, the car appeared to have a flat tire. My ex proceeded to change it and I had to assist in the process getting soaked in the rain. The next day I  came down with a cold.”

  • My Worst Date Ever is easily my Senior Prom. My date/girlfriend at the time was hyping up her dress and how good she was gonna look for months, so i’m thinking with me throwing that Ivory colored tux on my chocolate skin and whatever her baby blue ensemble looks like, we’re about to be the best dressed couple of the night. She was also an aspiring beautician so I knew hair would be on point. Man I shined my grandma’s Alero up real good and put an extra coat of Black Magic on the tires also because I also remembered Jr Yr her “friend” was in town and ruined the night for me….lol. Anyways, I show up at her house and my jaw dropped….SHE LOOKED HORRIBLE! I hated the dress, I hated her hair, I was so blown. I put on my shades for all the pictures. My mom saw the disgust on my face and pulled me aside and told me get it together. I called my boy up and asked if he could get me a 6pk because I was gonna need it that night and it eased my woes…sigh. Soon as we hit the door at prom I hit the dance floor and left her in the wind knowing an argument would take place later, but I didn’t even care. All I knew was somebody’s gonna see me and this Ivory tuxedo tonight…SHOOT!

  • Well…My date was in college with a guy named Vinnie. Vinnie pulled up to the Broad Street Apartments in a 78 Cadillac. He hits me up tells me hes there. I look from the window and I feel like im about to regret this.
I tell my teammates where I was going (thanks Kristin Dorman & Natalia Oehninger) as I didnt want to end up in a dumpster in downtown Richmond then me and Vinnie head to his house. According to him he has the perfect date set up at his house…should of been red flag #1. We get to his house. First thing I notice is its set up like a retirement home. I also see that NOTHING is set up. Obviously the house isnt big enough for a surprise…not being mean just speaking truthfully.
What Vinnie didnt anticipate was his mom being awake. So after she shouted out something to him and he retreated into the room to talk to her, I was stuck on the couch watching the news being that there was no cable. ..only an antenna with aluminum foil on it. I even saw a roach crawl by and wave hello. After about 30 minutes watching the news, Vinnie reemerged and we played CHECKERS for the next 15 mins..during the “conversation” he even tried to get me to come up to his room. I decided I had a test I needed to study for and told Vinnie to take me home….Worse Date Ever

  • My worst date ever was taking the daughter of my pastor to dinner. He suggested I take her out since she was moving back to the area. Long story short, she drank like a fish. I felt awkward because of my relationship with her father. I learned a valuable lesson that day, never date the children of family friends.

  • My worst date was in college. This guy asked to take me out and told me to chose the place. The check came and he was so upset, almost $80 !It was a recommendation from co -workers(The Bookbinders). What can I say I have expensive taste ,lol jk. But now I realize we were just college students .Any way the food was great!

  • My date was staying in a hotel down Philly. So when I went to pick her up, i parked illegally not even knowing. I went up to her room and waited for her to finish dressing. Finally when she was done getting herself together, it was too late because we when to get into my car it was already towed away.

  • Worst date ever would be back in maybe 2008, I was a starving Sophomore at VCU (Go rams!!). I went to Cheesecake Factory with a guy, which is one of my favorite restaurants, might I add. I ordered my fav Pasta DiVinci, he ordered a steak, appetizer, AND dessert….the bill came and his card was declined, twice!!! I ended up having to pay for the entire meal as well as having to pay the overdraft fee which came a few days later in the mail!! My poor bank account was in the negative for weeks.

  • My worst date was when I went to the movies with this guy and during the previews, he actually cupped his hands and booed a movie preview…as if we were at a comedy show. I was so embarrassed, I slid all the way down in my seat.

  • one winter break during undergrad i was barely 21 and so excited about finally being able to go to h20. while dancing i met a guy, he was hot, and we decided to go a movie (which is always a bad idea). however he was nice, polite, and the movie was good (i think). after the movie we returned to his car and he opened my door to let me in like a gentlemen. when he got in, he pulled out a breathalyzer he had to blow into before the car would start. he told me all about his 4 DUI’s and when he couldn’t get the car to start, he asked me to blow in the gadget. i declined, and eventually he somehow got the car to start. after he dropped me off, i waved bye and deleted his number. worst, funniest, and most awkward date ever.

  • my worst date would have to be when my ex and I were going out for our 1 year anniversary, our reservations were lost and we couldn’t eat at our favorite restaurant, and on the way home we hit a huge deer & totaled our car! it was the first accident I was ever in, and it was absolutely horrible! I’ll never forget it!

  • My worst date that I have ever been on was right before I met my now fiancé. I went on a date with a guy who when he picked me up at my house said to me “well, you don’t look like the pictures” which should have been my first sign. He proceeded to talk about himself the entire time and never let me get one word in, talked with his mouth full, and then I kid you not, asked me ” If we wanted to split the bill? ” . I got up and left immediately and never looked back.
