LGG to a 20 Minute Workout

Do you want to burn 450 calories in 20 minutes? Then do the following! Do as many as you can of each exercise for 30 seconds with no breaks. Rest for 30 seconds finishing a complete set of all exercises. Repeat 3 Times. If you are unsure of how to do the exercise check out the links that provide video on how to do them!
