JANE’S Online Shopping Faves

If you are like any of the girls I know, you have a thing for online shopping. While I do enjoy a trip to the mall (during the week when no one is there), where I can lazily stroll from store to store to look for the latest trends and try things on/window shop to my heart’s desire, there is just something about online shopping that gives me a rush! I don’t know if it’s the thrill of buying an outfit that I’m less likely to see on someone else or what, but I love it and live for it. So, in being a “sharing-is-caring” type of girl, I’ll list my top five online shopping sites. Check them out below.

  • Nastygal Nastygal Nasty Gal is a vintage-holics dream! It has awesome vintage finds, including both new and vintage clothing, shoes, and accessories. You’ll find classic denim vests or a splurge-worthy dress, from luxury brands like Dolce & Gabbana, Nasty Gal has you covered.
  • Macys Macys Macy’s, Inc. is one of the nation’s premier and oldest retailers. It operates the Macy’s and Bloomingdale’s brands. Not only can you shop for things for the home, but the whole family all at once. It is truly a one-stop shop. Admittedly, it is one store I didn’t appreciate until I was older and learned about Macy’s one day sales and discount cards. Now when I get a Macy’s gift card from Grandma Rosa at Xmas, I’m always ready to boot up the computer to see what the new deals are!
  • Myhabit Myhabit MYHABIT is a private fashion sale site founded by Amazon.com with selections from designer and boutique brands. MYHABIT offers instant membership, free shipping, and allows shoppers a total fashion experience, complete with a 360-video shot of models, lavish photography, and editorial segments.
  • Asos Asos ASOS is the UK's largest independent online fashion and beauty retailer. It offers over 60,000 branded and own label products across womenswear and menswear and more. ASOS offers a runway preview of its clothing, which is allows you to see how the fabric moves when on.
  • Rent the Runway Rent the Runway Register to rent dresses for a fraction of their cost. The shipping, returning, and dry-cleaning are included in the fee. All you have to do is Find It, Book It, Wear It, and Return It. After your night out, send back your items in the easy pre-paid envelope provided—they’ll take care of the dry cleaning. And, they encourage renters to upload a pic of the item for future renters.
