Fruit Pizza

I first tried this fruit pizza with my Aunty Tammy. She is a phenomenal cook,  caters for parties from time to time, and was also an independent consultant for Pampered Chef. You may look in your fridge and see that there is nothing to eat. She will look in your fridge and make you’re a 3 course meal and then some! She is truly the QUEEN of throwing something together. And so the Fruit Pizza was born! I don’t think anything she’s made over the years ever tasted badly. I had it as a kid but I never forgot it and have taken what she taught me to create my own. It’s a great treat to share with friends or to make with your kids so check out this sweet treat and enjoy!

  1. 1 refrigerated sugar cookie dough package (Pillsbury or nestle toll house)
  2. 1 block of cream cheese (8oz)
  3. 1 can condensed milk (eagle brand)
  4. 1/3 cup lemon juice
  5. 1 tbsp. vanilla
  6. 3 kiwis sliced
  7. 1-carton strawberries sliced
  8. 1 case blueberries
  9. 1 can of peaches
  1. 1. Preheat oven to 350 Degrees.
  2. 2. Roll out block or roll of cookie dough onto rectangle or round pizza pan. Place in oven and bake for allotted time on instructions.
  3. 3. Blend cream cheese, lemon juice and vanilla extract together in bowl with mixer. Fold in condensed milk and then beat for 5 seconds with mixer. Mixture should be thick and creamy.
  4. 4. Once cookie cools, spread cream cheese mixture over cookie.
  5. 5. Starting from the outside place blueberries along edges. Then place kiwi in between blueberries around cookie. The next layer will be the peaches underneath the kiwis. Then do another layer of kiwi under the peaches. Then a layer of sliced strawberries. As you continue in this pattern, the cookie should become completely covered.
  6. 6. Slice and Serve! Bon Appetit!
