Find the Right Time for Love
I know this sounds completely crazy, but I crave sleep more than sex. If you’re a wife, mother, an employee, a daughter, and a good friend to others, then you know how exhausting it is to wear all those different hats in a single day. After a long workday, you will most likely still have to come home to cook and clean. Add on any other commitments, like being a pet parent, and it’s a surprise women can muster the stamina to look flawless each and every day.
To make time to get it on with your hubby…don’t wait until nighttime. Yes, I know this is when you’re most likely to have a moment alone without many interruptions, but it’s hard to feel amorous when you’ve been up since 4 in the morning. Opt for an early morning romp to get the day started on the right foot.
Pump Up the Volume
Working out is the best way to increase your energy and confidence. Just 30 minutes of exercise per day and you can increase your energy which can, in turn, help with all of your amorous endeavors! Apparently, exercise is also good for those having issues with sleep. Just be sure to mix up your workout routine to include cardio and weights because you’ll find you want to have more sex if your butt is toned!
