The Blacklist – Returns Monday, September 22nd on NBC, 10 pm
Red (James Spader) & Company return on September 22nd with all new episodes and, as usual, A LOT of questions!!! Last season saw the arrival of the “big bad” Berlin. It’s not clear what this guy is all about, but he must be bad news if the sheer idea of snitching on him made Tom’s (Ryan Eggold) fake brother jump out a window to his untimely death. Speaking of Tom…did he survive that shootout? Is Red really Liz’s (Megan Boone) father? Is Berlin Liz’s father? Why has Berlin been following Red all this time and does it go far beyond Jolene?
Hopefully we will get answers to some of these questions this season and we get to see our favorite psychopath interact with Mary Louis Parker! If you haven’t seen The Blacklist yet, it’s not too late to binge watch in time for the new season starting on Monday!
Sleepy Hollow — Returns Monday, September 22nd on FOX, 9 pm
Last year’s surprise breakout hit returns on the 22nd with some answers to the explosive season finale. The last time we saw Ichabod (Tom Mison) and Katrina (Katia Winter), their son Henry (John Noble) had buried one alive and handed the other one over to Death. Poor Abbie (Nicole Beharie) is stuck in purgatory thanks to her selflessness, but what good does that do you if you’re stuck there forever?! Tune in to find out if Abbie breaks free and what type of big bad Ichabod and Abbie will face next!
Homeland – Returns Monday, October 5th on Showtime, 9 pm
This is my absolute favorite show EVER! This psychological, spy thriller returns to Showtime this fall with a completely new look and feel. After the shocking season finale, the show is in an entirely different place with most of our favorite players in different positions that may or may not have anything to do with the CIA. Although I know the show got a little out of hand with the whole Carrie (Claire Danes)/Brody (Damien Lewis) storyline, how cool would it be to see Carrie find some comfort with the hot assassin Quinn?! I would definitely tune in to see that!!!!

Nashville – Returns Wednesday, September 24th on ABC, 10 pm
Nashville is a guilty pleasure of mine. It screams primetime soap opera and yet I can’t stop watching it! A lot happened last season! We saw Rayna (Connie Britton) regaining her voice after that accident caused by Deacon (Chip Esten), the truth about Maddie being Deacon’s daughter comes out, and our favorite country diva gets two marriage proposals from Luke (Will Chase) and Deacon!!! Juliette (Hayden Panettiere) tanked her career and was on the verge of a comeback, she hooks up with Jeff Fordham (ugh), and loses Avery in the process. Will (Chris Carmack) comes clean to fiancé Layla (Aubrey Shea Peeples) that he’s gay and we have no idea what she’s going to do with the information as she has been known to be a bit shady with those who has played her!

American Horror Story: Freak Show – Returns Wednesday, October 8th on FX, 10 pm
This show can do no wrong! If you’re familiar with the American Horror Story franchise, you would know that each season features a different theme and slightly different cast members. Each year I struggle to believe that Ryan Murphy and his writers can come up with something to top the previous year and I have been wrong every time. Even still, last season’s Coven was incredible entertaining and introduced actresses like Kathy Bates and Angela Bassett to the AHS family.
This season’s story will be focused around the last remaining American freak show in the South. The amazing Jessica Lange will remain the lead as Elsa Mars, a cabaret dancer, who somewhat uses the interesting folks working for her. Sara Paulson plays two characters this year named Bet and Dot which is cool since you can never have too much Sara Paulson. Angela Basset and Kathy Bates returns as Desiree Dupree and Ethel, respectively. This season will even have Patti LaBelle popping up for four episodes!
