Use your Calendar – With smartphones today it’s easier than ever to keep track of what is going on in our busy lives! I personally live through my calendar and wouldn’t know what I would do without it. It helps that I have my own personal and blog calendar and also have my calendar linked with my Husbands so I can see/know what’s going on his end when it comes to planning events, dinner, trips etc.
Watch Your Cravings – What do most people do when they are stressed? They EAT!! And not an apple or an orange but a Twinkie, followed by a honeybun, large nachos, smothered and covered fries and wash it down with a Milk Shake. DON’T LET THIS BE YOU!!
Exercise – I love working out and whenever I feel a tinge of stress or like I have had enough I head to the gym (whether I want to or not) and I ALWAYS feel better for going after!!! So burn some calories and sweat it out because it will not only help you stay in shape but also de-stress!!
