Creamy White Cheddar Mac and Cheese

If there is one thing I love its MAC and CHEESE! I mean how could you not? As I have been getting to know more about the world of cheese, courtesy of frequent visits to Wegmans, I have discovered I prefer my cheddar white. Even though I know that the yellow cheddar tastes the same and  it just boils down to aesthetics, I just prefer the white cheddar now. Perhaps because its feels more elevated than your standard yellow cheddar. I know that my hubby would not be pleased since he’s a cheese head and is always on his GO PACK GO ish, but that didn’t stop him from helping himself to several helpings of my new recipe. The key to this mac and cheese is the cream cheese and heavy cream that gives it the perfect melt in your mouth I want to curl up by the fireplace and go to sleep texture ever! Let me know if you try it and what you think!!
