Crack Cornbread

I got this awesome recipe from my girlfriend Jen! A few years ago we went on a couples retreat to Williamsburg, VA (Check out ANN’s post on Williamsburg for details) where we did a rotation of cooking for all the couples in attendance. When it was Jen’s and her hubby’s night to cook, she made this AWESOME cornbread! Before I tried her cornbread I really could care less for the stuff. However, this was the BEST cornbread I had ever had and I could not stop eating it! And because she loves me, she let me share it with you all. It’s the easiest, yummiest cornbread you will ever make! And if it lasts more than a day I’d be surprised! Check it out below!
