A little while ago I was searching for a good cleanse and I came across Apple Cider Vinegar (ACV). I discovered that ACV has a million health benefits and has been an age old remedy for a multitude of things. As I clicked away and read how people take ACV shots (not tasty at all) I stumbled upon a blog called Eating Bird Food. I then came across a post Brittany, author of Eating Bird Food, did called Apple Cider Vinegar and Grape Antioxidant Drink. As I read through it I thought hmm, I might have to try this as it seems like it will be much tastier than the alternative. Needless to say, I now literally drink this concoction every day! I make it in 4-5 mason jars at a time and even my Husband likes it! I will have taken out a jar for myself and he usually wants a sip as well.
I love this drink because it’s so easy and cheap to make and I really do feel great after drinking it. An added benefit is that if you’re trying to curb your appetite it works like a charm. One of its many health benefits is appetite suppression which can help you achieve your weight loss goal! All it takes is 4 ingredients and presto you’re done!! • 3 Tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar (Braggs)
• ¼ Cup Organic Concord Grape Juice
• 12-13 Ounces Filtered Cold Water
• 1 Squeeze Honey (the other young lady uses stevia but I don’t like the after taste)
1. Combine all ingredients in mason jar and shake until honey is no longer sitting on bottom of jar.
2. Drink and Enjoy!
