ANN+JANE 90 Day Fit Challenge

The ANN+JANE Fit Challenge was created in the hopes of making long-lasting changes to our nutrition and fitness routines. It’s not about weight loss, it’s about being healthy and improving our stamina to ensure that we can live the healthiest life possible. As women, we often place other people’s needs (our children, husbands, and others) over our own health.

This challenge is about making the changes necessary to be the best woman you can be and look good in the process. Over the next three months, be sure to make note of the positive changes in your lives such as a change in measurement (are your boobs small…wohooo) or your newfound ability to run that extra mile. For a good work out, you may want to consider taking pre-workout to help you through your session. Finding the correct supplement to suit your needs can be challenge at times, depending on the goal you’re trying to achieve. Researching the many supplements provided on sites such as Sculpt Nation, can help you get kick started on this fitness regime.
ANN+JANE will be with you every step of the way…now eat those carrots, ladies!

Plan Details – Sept 3-Dec3

  1. Send in a current picture of yourself in workout clothes (shirt and pants) to ANN+JANE Facebook message. This will be used for your before photo.
  2. Note your weight range using the chart below with the corresponding code when you send in your picture.
  3. Post the Challenge to your Facebook page/timeline. Use the following link. ( )
  4. Get 1 friend to join you during the challenge. Workout Buddies Rock!
  5. Post a weekly photo of yourself working out. (Sept 3 – Dec 3 = 13weeks so 13 photos.)
  6. Comment on this post and tell us why your joining the challenge.
  7. Comment on any post on the blog.


Weight Range (lbs.)












1500 Calories A Day + Multivitamin

  • Breakfast – 300
  • Snack – 150
  • Lunch – 450
  • Snack – 150
  • Dinner – 300
  • Snack – 150 (optional)
  • Total = 1500 Calories


  1. Workout at least 3 times a week. (Cardio – Elliptical, Treadmill, Bike, Jump Rope; Weights – Machines, Free Weights, Body Weight; Classes – Zumba, Body Pump, Boxing, Spin Class etc.)
  2. 2 days a week of light workout (bike ride, walk the dog, go for a 30min hike, walk around mall etc.)

  • I am doing this challenge to give myself the extra boost needed to continue down my fit and healthy path. I…like Ciara…. also want to be wedding ready as I have not yet met people on her side of the family and I pretty hopefully about finding a mate HA!

  • I’m really late with my post but I’m doing this challenge because I need to finally get rid of this extra weight I’ve been carrying around. Plus, I wanna get wedding ready super early. When its time to go dress shopping, I wanna be at or close to my ideal weight. Week one was ok. Did ok with my eating. Homemade smoothies and packing lunch has been a good help!

  • I am joining this challenge because I need to focus on being active again. Majority of this year involved me changing my eating habits and eating cleaner. Now I want to close out the year with living better and being active. My 30th is in February and I would love to be under 200 for it. I have about 26 pounds or so to go.

    I am joining this challenge not only because I love my friend Jane, but because I am ready to get healthier and get my sexy on! I have already begun losing weight but this challenge may make me push myself harder because I have a competitive nature and I LIKE TO WIN!!

  • I’m down for the challenge 🙂 My son turns 1 in week 13 so it’ll mark 1 year of a journey to loose baby weight and then some. This a great way to kick it into high gear. Wishing Ann & Jane and everyone else luck on your journeys!
