One of the most beneficial “things” to come from advanced technology has been workout apps. I love going to the gym to sweat it out, and it is extremely helpful when I can select a workout from one of the trusty apps I have on hand. It is also great that I can log what I did, such as the duration of the workout, how many reps I did, etc. Below, I list some helpful apps.
