Grit By Brit – Brit, is a 29-year-old, woman from the state of Texas. She had once tipped the scales at 179lbs, but looked in the mirror one day and made a change. Miz Fit Online– Launched in 2007 Miz Fit has been sharing health and fitness knowledge with those who might not have access to one-on-one training. Nineteen years ago she shed 35 pounds and never looked back. She has not regained, gone off track or let motherhood and marriage derail her. Having gained most of the weight in college through drinking sodas and poor eating habits, she found that lacking funds for new clothes meant she needed to lose weight to fit the ones she had. Having four kids to take care of is no easy task and being a mom requires that you work 24/7 for someone other than yourself, so finding time to exercise and stay healthy is a challenge.
