2014 Swimwear Preview

The time is upon us already, ladies! It’s time to decide what we will be prancing around the beaches in this summer. Personally, I prefer swimming bodysuits and one pieces, but I have included a bikini for those of you who prefer those. From what I’ve seen already, summer 2014 is shaping up nicely as I’ve run across this amazing high-wasted bikini bottom that feels like a throw back to the 50s and 60s. Here are the looks that I’m loving thus far:

Back to Black

Old Navy
Old Navy

I like this swimsuit mainly because it’s $30! If we’re ignoring the price, this bathing suit is perfect for those of us that want to cover our midsection until we’ve put in a little more time at the gym. Having owned a couple of Old Navy swimsuits in my lifetime, I can attest to the fact that it’s always been of good quality and has never fell apart in the washing machine! I also feel really sexy when I’m wearing a cheeky one piece and I think one-pieces suit my body shape well.

Flower Power

Now this bikini is a tad more than the Old Navy option…okay, it’s $126. BUT it’s reversible; so think of it as you getting two bikinis for the price of one. Better, right? Price aside, I’m loving this swimsuit because it screams summer with the floral print. The frilled edges and tie strings add a level of fun to this already bright and sexy number.

A.CHE Swimwear

A tankini is a great option for those of us who like to rock a two-piece without showing all the goods. This A.Che swimsuit is only $88 and is perfect because it shows a little skin with the metal work in the front and offers more detail with a tie in the back (not shown).
